Who inspired me to start Beauty Blogging :)

Hey Everyone

Just thought i would fill you in on how i started blogging. One day i wanted to make my own nail polish rack (because i was collecting so many i had to put them somewhere), so i looked it up on YouTube and found Dulce Candy's video on how she made hers, which you can find here, so i checked out all her other videos and loved them, I started to find other beauty gurus to watch and they soon became my favourites.I recomend checking out their channels and blogs they are all amazing!  (if you click on these lovley ladies names it will take you to their YouTube page)

Kandee Johnson is a Beauty guru i found, she is amazing at doing different looks with makeup and shes really fun, i enjoy watching her videos, reading her blogs and learning new things with makeup.

Nicole Guerriero is a  beauty guru which i like watching because shes very real and very honest, i love how she dose make up and just how she makes her videos are great.

I found MissTango2 because i wanted to see some Australian beauty bloggers/ Youtubers and she was one that i enjoy watching, she is also a really nice person :). I started to read her blog also and decided to start my own, since i work in beauty i thought i would write about it just for fun!

When i started blogging, i decided i would share it on twitter and i met two of the nicest ladies, who helped me out with things on my blog, also till this day they help me :)  I couldnt have gotten my blog looking this pretty without them! Chadstone VIP Night

Hey lovely's,

So on the 13th of march, Chadstone had a VIP night, my self my friend Jamie and My Husband Shaun went on our way to check out the VIP night.

When we arrived there was a lot of people everywhere, Topless men at some stores handing out things and cheer leaders dancing in windows of stores, music and a whole list of things we could do.

First we went to the body shop to get a hand scrub and massage, then after the lady gave us a cupcake which were so so cute, if there was a dot underneath the cupcake you could win $500 worth of body shop things, sadly we didn't win, but I bought a Japanese cherry blossom body spray! Omgsh love it!

Then we just walked around looking at all the shops and stopped at suga to look at all of the lollies and Lollie pops, which looks Delicious!

Went through Myer and David Jones to look at makeup, the YSL lady put the cutest lipstick on me from the newest range of Sugar Candy lipsticks No 12 I love love it! Then Jamie got her makeup done at MAC which looked so nice.

After looking all pretty we went past the Sex and the City costume set up, the costumes were so pretty but the material was not as nice as it looks in the movie.

Then we went to Peter Alexander and saw the cutest bunny slippers, then off to Happy Lab where of course I had to get bubblegum jelly beans in love heart shapes.

As the last stop we went to Pretzel world and got our selves some pretzels, mine Cinnamon, Shaun's Italiano and Jamie's European Garlic, they were so delicious and the night was so much fun.

I recommend anybody go next time it is on :)

My Eyebrows ~ ~

Hey Everyone!

Everyday I get asked about my eyebrows, Do I get them done at a salon? Which salon do you go to? How do you do them? How do you make them such a nice shape? Ect...

Well today I thought I would share my secrets on my eyebrows.

1. Do I get my eyebrows done at a salon? Nope

2. Which salon do you go to? None :)

3. How do I do them? I use wax on the top of my eyebrows, tweezers on the bottom and the strays missed by the wax

My Eyebrows, im wearing mascara and eyeliner

4. How do you make them such a nice shape? I just go with the lines of my face and keep them clean and even.

5. Do you Fill your eyebrows in? When I do my make up I don't fill them in, because I feel that they are dark as it is and if I fill them in they will look a bit silly, some people have to fill them in, some people like filling there's in so really it's up to you on this step.

6. Is there anything different I might do to keep them looking smooth? Yes, I know this might be a little weird but I shampoo and condition my eyebrows about once a month, it takes all the sweat and just general everyday yuckyness out and makes them soft and silky. Face wash I found cleans them but doesn't make them smooth, so that's just a little something I learned to keep them nice.

7. Do you cut your eyebrows? No, I found if I cut my eyebrows they end up looking very stiff and not natural at all, so I just take a mascara brush/ wand from my set and brush them into place, but they don't really move that much anyway. If yours are long you could always use a clear mascara or an eyebrow gel to keep them in place.

Essence have a nice one that they have in there range :) Find it here

8. Tools I use? Tweezers (Beauty Essentials), Wax Strips (Nair), Mascara Brush (Bobbie Brown), 10x Mirror (Revlon), Shampoo, Conditioner and Moisturiser (Cetaphil).

9. An always important tip! After waxing and plucking, use Moisturiser on the skin that has had hair removed! I also add a drop of Trilogy Rose Hip Oil makes the skin softer and the redness go away faster.

10. Don't be afraid to take hair away from the top of your eyebrows, there are a lot of strays up there and if you want them clean, just remove them, but in reason! Check the shape first then remove away!

Your eyebrows have to suit your face shape, but they don't have to be what everyone says they have to be, do a shape that you are comfortable wearing and a shape that you like!

If you don't feel confidant about doing your eyebrows your self, go to a salon/ person who will shape them for you and then you can keep them clean and nice after that.

Like Anna Faris says in the movie House Bunny "The eyes are like the nipples of the face", that cracks me up every time!

But it's true! And your eyebrows frame them, you can make your eyebrows the center of attention or you can dull them down. Just experimenting with your eyebrows and makeup is fun and you can see an eyebrow look that's great for you.

My eyebrow, No Makeup straight after waxing and plucking i put moisturiser and rose hip oil.
